• Pine straw laid at entrances

• New plants installed at pool, South and North entrances

• Pruning of plants and removal of dead plants at South entrance

• Removal of crepe myrtles at the pool

• Pressure washing of monuments at both entrances, cleaning of metal fence at South entrance 

• Removal of plants at North entrance

• Name tags for Board members

• New clubhouse furniture   

• Trees trimmed and dead trees removed at both entrances

• Removal of fallen trees and debris on both sides of Highview Trace near 155 Highview Trace 

• Rotten fences at North entrance removed

• New roofs on clubhouse and gazebo

• Private property sign acquired and installed in homeowner’s yard

• New timer installed for tennis court lights

• Pool bathroom door rehung and lock replaced

• Lattice secured on side of clubhouse stairs

• Timer has been replaced at tennis courts

• 2 pool lights have been replaced with new fixtures

• Baby pool motor has been replaced

• Auto feed chlorinators installed in pool pumphouse

• Leaking pool filter in pump house replaced
